Tyrol is not geographically uniform, and that determines how we plan assignments. The Unterland around Kufstein and Kitzbühel and the Oberland with Imst and Landeck both lie in the Inn valley and are well connected by motorway — here the journey barely differs from region to region. It is different for East Tyrol around Lienz and the Außerfern around Reutte: Lienz can only be reached from North Tyrol via Carinthia or the Felbertauern tunnel, and Reutte is better connected to Bavaria than to the rest of Tyrol. For businesses in these two remote regions we plan journeys and dates with a longer lead time and combine several assignments into one trip, so that the long distance pays off for everyone involved.
