Professional staff leasing is one of our core services. We support companies that need qualified workers at short notice or on a long-term basis. Whether seasonal peaks, sick leave cover or long-term project assignments — we provide you with reliable staff.

Our temporary workers can be deployed across various sectors: warehousing and logistics, hospitality and hotels, construction and trades, as well as manufacturing and industry. All employees are employed by us, fully insured and covered under labour law.

We handle the entire HR administration — from recruitment through registration to ongoing support. You focus on your core business, we take care of the rest.

The call usually comes from HR or from operations management when capacity is suddenly short — through sick leave, a seasonal peak or a fixed-term project. In the first conversation we clarify the number of people, the qualification profile, the place of work and the likely duration of the assignment. From our pool we propose suitable candidates whom you meet and approve before the assignment starts. The staff arrive briefed and on time at your site, registered under the AÜG and paid according to the Kollektivvertrag that applies to your business. During the assignment we remain your point of contact for feedback and, if someone drops out, usually provide a replacement within 24 to 48 hours.
